Ways to Give

Thank You for Helping us Help Them

Three Rivers humane Society has a huge responsibility to help, heal, and shelter the animals in need in Jefferson County. We rely on grants and private funding for many of our programs. Your generous contributions ensure that the animals in our custody receive the best care possible before finding their new homes. By making a contribution today, you are helping to provide support that shelter animals so desperately need and will play a role in forging a community where all animals are treated with dignity and respect for Central Oregon’s homeless animals.

Kennel Sponsorships

Show your support for the animals by sponsoring a kennel. Your donation of $50 per month will help feed and care for the furry resident of the sponsored kennel during their stay.  In addition to a tax donation, there will be a kennel plaque to recognize your contribution, sponsorship certificate, and regular updates on the animals in your kennel! Employee Giving

Did you know that many companies participate in workplace giving campaigns? Many employers will payroll deduct your contribution and many will also match it. All you need to do is indicate that you would like your payroll deductions to benefit the Three Rivers Humane Society. If you give just $10 out of each bi-weekly paycheck, you will be able to give a total of $240 a year! That $240 will go a long way toward saving the lives of the many abandoned kittens and puppies in the Central Oregon area. IK

In-Kind Giving

Our efforts cannot be successful without generous gifts from the community. You can help the animals by donating the supplies we use evryday to take care of the animals. Please consider donating any of the items from our Wishlist. The donations will help the animals and give you a good feeling knowing that you have helped animals in need. FFC

Planned Giving

As you think about your estate plans, don’t forget the animals of Jefferson County. Remember our region’s pets by including a charitable gift to Three Rivers Humane Society in your estate plans. You can name Three Rivers Humane Society as either a direct beneficiary of a select amount of money, a specific asset (e.g. land, building, vehicle, etc.), or a percentage of your estate. It’s easy to leave a gift in your will or trust documents. A legacy left can take several different forms, including:

  • An outright bequest of cash, securities.
  • A beneficiary designation of a life insurance policy, or retirement account.
  • A beneficiary of a bank account, living trust, or a testamentary trust

With a little preparation you can leave a legacy to care for the animals of Jefferson County and give them a better life.
